Tamid Rabbis Are Here to Support You
Tamid offers support through all your Jewish transition moments: Hebrew Naming’s, Bar and Bat Mitzvah, Confirmation, Conversion, Weddings, and Funerals and we look forward to getting to know you better. Please give us a call at 646.360.0689 or send an email to one of our rabbis or to connect@tamidnyc.org and we’ll set up a time to speak.
Weddings: Our rabbis perform Jewish weddings for couples in New York, straight and LGBT. We will perform a Jewish ceremony for a Jew and a non-Jew with a few conditions that we’ll discuss at our first meeting. And if we cannot meet your needs, we’ll share our list of rabbinic colleagues with you.
Hebrew Naming’s and Baby Naming’s: One of the greatest gifts is to welcome a child into the Jewish People by giving them an official Hebrew name. We can do this at a Friday night service, in your home, or at another event space.
Bar and Bat Mitzvah: The coming of age ceremony at age 13 is one of the highlights of Jewish family life. To learn more about our 1-1 private training program, click here.
Funerals: Tamid rabbis have relationships with the funeral homes in New York and are here to care and to support your family. Please contact the rabbis before you make the final arrangements for the date and time of the funeral so we can be available to support you.
