Dear Tamid, staying physically fit during this time is critical to your overall health and wellbeing. I hope you’ll join my Rabbi PT challenge. My job is share my daily workouts with you. Your job is to workout for 45-minutes and log your training sessions everyday. When the dust settles, everyone who trained 45-minutes a day or more will be part of the Rabbi PT Club – and I’ll take you out to breakfast. Stay fit!60
